Mango Ice cream in 10 min (Homemade)

YES you read that right. I mean how crazy fast is that? And this thing is freakalicious (is that a word? It should be if it’s not!). I have been using the phrase freaking delicious a lot lately! So I was talking to my friend about losing my postpartum weight the other day (got a few ponds; OK may be more than few pounds to lose) and an hour later, I decide to make this ice cream – for myself of course! There goes the weight loss journey!

Condensed milk, Sweetened – 1 can (14 oz.)
Heavy whipping cream – 2 cups
Mango purée – 2 cups (store bought from Indian grocery store or make your own purée from fresh mangoes- CAUTION- might need to add tad bit of sugar unless the mangoes are sweet).

📌 Add the cream and condensed milk in a bowl, then whip until soft peaks form (this is the key step; it should be creamy and not liquidy; ALSO if you decide to just whip the heavy whipping cream instead of the combo of whipping cream and condense milk, your ice cream will NOT be as smooth and creamy – TRUST ME!
📌 Mix in mango purée.
📌Transfer mixture to a baking pan, then freeze for 4 – 6 hours.
